Order
You can select your favorite items directly in our online shop, choose your desired size and color, and add them to your shopping cart. Please note: Items in your shopping cart are only reserved for you once payment is complete. Until then, they can be ordered by other customers. Afterward, you proceed through the checkout process and select your preferred payment method.
Our stock is intentionally limited – we don't maintain large inventories in order to produce our festive baby clothes exclusively and sustainably. Please understand that a maximum of two items per category are possible per order . This helps us avoid overproduction, unnecessary warehousing, and unnecessary returns that burden our environment. If you are unsure or have any questions about your purchase, please feel free to call us – we are happy to advise you personally and help you with your selection.
If a particular size or color is unavailable, it will be displayed with a strikethrough in the shop. Click on the crossed-out size or color, and a button labeled "Email me when available" will appear. Click on it, enter your contact details in the form, and we will inform you as soon as the desired size or color is back in stock.
Our tip: Lay a well-fitting bodysuit of your baby flat on a table and measure it. Then compare the measurements with our size chart. If the measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

If you are ordering for your unborn baby or if the clothing is intended as a gift, please refer to the following information:
Size 50/56 – Height approx. 45–56 cm → Age: Newborn – 2 months
Size 62 – Height 57–62 cm → Age: 2–3 months
Size 68 – Height 63–68 cm → Age: 4–6 months
Size 74 – Height 69–74 cm → Age: 6–9 months
Size 80 – Height 75–80 cm → Age: 9–12 months
Size 86 – Height 81–86 cm → Age: 11–18 months

Should an item be accidentally out of stock, we will inform you immediately by email and offer you an alternative or refund if necessary.
No, Cucoonu is exclusively a mail-order company. However, you are welcome to view the goods in person at our premises after scheduling an appointment by phone and receive personal advice.
Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
If an item is defective, damaged or has been delivered incorrectly, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate the matter and find a solution.
Production & Quality
Our festive baby clothes are made in a German tailoring workshop . Short transport routes, fair working conditions and meticulous craftsmanship ensure ethically sound production and high-quality, durable clothing – perfect for your baby's special occasions.
Our fabrics come from OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 or GOTS® certified fabric suppliers. Alternatively, they have been tested according to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 criteria. These certifications apply exclusively to the fabric suppliers and not to the finished product.
Shipment
We ship with DHL GoGreen Plus.
Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days within Germany . Please note that we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time, as this depends on our external shipping provider (DHL).
We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €200 . For orders under this amount , shipping costs are €8.00.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. This allows you to see the location of your package at any time.
Each main outfit is lovingly presented in an elegant case with a satin ribbon – perfect as a gift or a lasting keepsake. The case can also be used as a stylish diaper or storage bag.
Carefully wrapped in a box with shimmering tissue paper, even the unpacking becomes a magical moment full of anticipation.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange
Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible.
The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal.
• All items must be in their original, unworn condition.
• Hang tag, security label and original packaging must be complete and undamaged.
• The goods may only be inspected in the same way as would be customary in a retail store.
• Removed or damaged labels and hang tags can lead to a decrease in value.
• Depending on the condition of the returned goods, the refund amount may be reduced according to the actual loss in value. A particularly significant loss in value exists if the item has been worn, washed, soiled, or damaged and is therefore no longer in its original, saleable condition.
After we accept your return, you will receive a return label and all necessary information for the return.
• Within the framework of the statutory right of withdrawal (14 days), you bear the
direct costs of return shipping, unless error on our part
is available.
