  1. The statutory warranty rights apply.
  2. As a consumer, you are requested to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects, and transport damage, and to notify both us and the carrier of any complaints as soon as possible. Failure to do so will not affect your statutory warranty rights.
  3. If a characteristic of the goods deviates from the objective requirements, this deviation shall only be deemed agreed if you were informed of it by us before submitting your contractual declaration and the deviation was expressly and separately agreed between you and us.

Submit a cancellation request

Please fill out the following form to submit your cancellation request. Vouchers are non-refundable. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day, - on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together. Please note the following before returning the goods: • All items must be in their original, unworn condition. • Hang tag, security label and original packaging must be complete and undamaged. • The goods may only be inspected in the same way as would be customary in a retail store. • Removed or damaged labels and hang tags can lead to a decrease in value. • Depending on the condition of the returned goods, the refund amount may be reduced according to the actual loss in value. A particularly significant loss in value exists if the item has been worn, washed, soiled, or damaged and is therefore no longer in its original, saleable condition.
