Authorized Agent

You can authorize an agent to submit privacy requests on your behalf. Your agent must provide signed authorization from you, and we will verify your identity directly. Submit a cancellation request

Please fill out the following form to submit your cancellation request. Vouchers are non-refundable. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day, - on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together. Please note the following before returning the goods: • All items must be in their original, unworn condition. • Hang tag, security label and original packaging must be complete and undamaged. • The goods may only be inspected in the same way as would be customary in a retail store. • Removed or damaged labels and hang tags can lead to a decrease in value. • Depending on the condition of the returned goods, the refund amount may be reduced according to the actual loss in value. A particularly significant loss in value exists if the item has been worn, washed, soiled, or damaged and is therefore no longer in its original, saleable condition.
